Kerl-Werner Schulte was a scholar of Professor Dr. Helmut Koch, the first student of Professor Dr. Erich Gutenberg, the founder of Business Administration in Germany. In this tradition, Karl-Werner Schulte initially researched and taught in the fields of investment theory, in particular the development of the method of ‘Vollständige Finanzpläne’, and accounting, in particular external accounting.
