Research includes both current application-oriented issues and sophisticated basic research.
The IRE|BS Real Estate Academy is also dedicated to the further training of managers and specialists at its locations in Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Eltville (Eberbach Abbey) and Hamburg. With its broad range of services, the IRE|BS is thus among the international leaders in the university sector of the real estate industry.
As part of his move, Professor Dr. Karl-Werner Schulte was appointed Honorary Professor of Real Estate at the University of Regensburg. The teaching and research of the Honorary Professorship for Real Estate continues to build on the interdisciplinary concept visualized by the “House of Real Estate Economics”. As Honorary Professor of Real Estate Economics, Karl-Werner Schulte is still active at the IRE|BS. In his honor and on the occasion of his 70th birthday, the IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School organized a symposium on “Real Estate Research & Practice – Past, Present and Future”.
