IRE|BS Community of Real Estate e. V.

After his move to the University of Regensburg, Professor Karl-Werner Schulte also gave the original impulse for the foundation of IRE|BS Core e. V. in 2007.

IRE|BS Core is the student and alumni initiative at the IRE|BS Real Estate Institute. Its members include both students and graduates of the bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in real estate business at the IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School at the University of Regensburg. A central goal of the association is to promote the student community on an ongoing basis beyond their studies, as well as to establish and maintain connections to professional practice. Within such a framework, the basis is certainly established for a successful career in the real estate industry. Professor Dr. Karl-Werner Schulte has been an honorary member of IRE|BS Core since 2016.
