Professor Dr. Karl-Werner Schulte has (co-)founded various important organizations in the real estate industry and has worked in numerous institutions worldwide. He has also held supervisory board, advisory board and advisory mandates with renowned real estate companies and organizations. For many years, he was editor of the ZIÖ Zeitschrift für Immobilienökonomie, the first academic real estate journal in the German-speaking world, as well as member of the editorial board of several international academic journals in the field of real estate economics.
